Freedom! - 4:41 p.m.

I'm free!

I used every minute that Dr. Griffus gave to work on the calculus final, and when I left around 1:45 [for a final that began at 11:30], a few people were still working. There were seventeen problems on there, and I finished every one of them, though I'm not sure that I got every one of them right. However, he doesn't count off full points if you just miss the answer; he actually checks the work, too, which is good. Very good.

I went to the high school to turn in my portfolio. The catch was that I still hadn't finished it. The good news behind this was that Mme Ruth hadn't finished all of her stuff for the portfolio either. So I went to Mrs. Kopanke-Wallins and told her that I didn't have everything together on both parts, so could I wait and turn in everything at once? She said yes, so I have more time to work on it! Yes!!

This means that I'll be spending my time in freedom to finish that portfolio. Great.

I'm still editing my pastiche, but I do have fifteen hours, so not as much pressure is on me to finish. No matter how much I try, though, the story won't be perfect by the ninth. That's... sad.

I also picked up my Beta Club stole this afternoon. It's gold and shiny. I got my FBLA cord last night at the banquet, I'll get my French Honor Society cord next week and my National Honor Society stuff should come in... sometime. I'll ask Mrs. Johnson.
