Corollus and Swappingtons - 10:40 a.m.
Okay, let's try this again.
Next!
There is an entry-eating beast somewhere in the bandwidth of Diaryland. His name is Corollus, and he was last reported as eating my entry that I tried to write yesterday. Or rather, he ate half of it, which is even worse. He didn't even catch me between topics, either. Why couldn't have he done that? I jump around enough that you would think that he could find me at any time. But still. There I was, writing about who knows what (I don't even remember now), and when I finished, I posted it. I looked at it (just to make sure it looked okay and didn't have any insanely insane paragraph breaks that I forgot to break, or some broken links, or whatever) and noticed something. "I thought I wrote a halfway long entry," I told myself. I scrolled down and sure enough, it only showed half of it. I tried everything I could, but to no avail. That entry was history. Darn.
I'm going to be smart today and save my entry into Notepad before I post it. Then maybe, just maybe, I won't lose it. Don't hold your breath.
I found a really cool site, thanks to Andrew. It's Swappingtons! Basically, what you do is swap, as the name states, stuff you have but don't want for points. You can swap books, DVDs, CDs, video tapes, and now you can swap video games, too. Well, you can do that, too, if you want to. When you sign up, do me a HUGE favor and type "sushibob" in the last blank, where it says "user who referred you". =) List an item and I get eight points for that! You can do the same thing. Make people list your username when they sign up and list an item, and then you get 8 points, too.
So have at it. =)
And this isn't much of an entry, but I'm going to see what I can get for my current points...
It is an entry, though. Let's just pray that Corollus doesn't eat it. If you're reading this, then Corollus has been (temporarily) tamed. Yay!
